If you sign by the lead time below and we miss your launch deadline, your deposit is refunded and we continue working at no additional cost until your contracted scope is delivered and operating correctly.
No large up-front check. You see the product working in staging before the second installment, and you're trained and live before the final.
We staff your first event — on-site or remote, your call. If it doesn't run cleanly because of something on our side, the Event-Day Concierge fee is refunded.
The launch guarantee applies when you sign by these lead times. Sign later and we'll still target your event — just without the guarantee attached.

Definition of "live": production deployment of the contracted scope, accessible at your domain, accepting real users. Client-side delays (feedback, branding, content) pause the clock.
Credits
Credits are how features get added — at build time or after launch. Every item in the Steadium catalog has a fixed credit cost. 1 credit = 1 day of build = $400.
Unused credits don't expire. New features you commission are added to the catalog and available to future clients.
Care Plans
Covers the ongoing health of your platform from launch. Feature additions are handled separately via credits.
